We have core expertise in designing and delivering tailored management training/development programmes geared towards improvement in organisational performance through people.

We follow a definite process of ascertaining training requirements for the organisation and the individual members comprising it. (The process incorporates an in build plan for new entrants) 

  • The process starts with the discussions at the top level in getting the feel of organisation ethos and culture, its future strategies and the challenges it anticipates in its growth plans. Usually we would go by a diagnostic study, the business plans, the KRA’s/ KPI’s, management concerns and the executive concerns/responses.
  • The identification process can be shortened based on the client’s requirements
  • Based on the above the organisation’s available skill inventory and the skill set required to meet the organisational challenges is arrived at.
  • Based on our observations and the management inputs various skill based training programmes and the executives who would form the participants for various programmes are selected
  • The training programmes shortlisted are duly discussed with the management team and firmed up
  • The participants are evaluated at the start of the programme and at the end and at the end of a period to measure learning imbibed and applied on the workplace. Each participant makes an action plan  which is periodically reviewable
  • The training sessions are an interactive workshop with lectures, individual assignments, small team assignments and group exercises
  • The programme will provide insights to help participants understand and develop the tools to lead and drive change in themselves and across the organisation
  • The experience of learning from each other enhances each individual’s efforts and help build a network of leaders who can provide support and continual learning to each other after the workshops
  • The programmes help the participants to understand the factors that work against effective implementation of intended strategies and action plans. 
  • Participants will understand and internalise transformational tools, which will help them to manage their own ability as well as the ability of their teams to move from intention to action at the workplace
